Four Points by Sheraton Omaha Midtown

There was black mold around the window and the drywall was peeling off. There were water stains on the curtains. I told management about it and they pretty well dismissed my concerns.

Location. Somewhat difficult to get to with one-way streets.

Room was spacious, great king bed. Overall very clean, staff missed a previously used wash cloth on shower floor. Overall a very nice average property.

Perfect location for Creighton Graduation. Staff was friendly.

Usual standard breakfast was well prepared. Dining & bar service were excellent. Room was clean; the bed was very comfortable.

The pillows could have been thicker

Location good once we figured out how to get to the hotel among the maze of one way streets

Breakfast was mediocre. Minimal choices, only one potato option, "breakfast potatoes" that was not very attractive. Need fries and/or hash browns as well. Charging for this breakfast, free at much less expensive hotels, is overkill.

Be ware when you already paid through Expedia, because the hotel will charge you again for the hotel fee and incidental. After talking to them 5,6 times, they double charged, he said they will fix it. it turns out they refund the hotel fee and settled the incidental for hotel fee. After talking to them 5,6 times , I think they are mean to do it. I have to go through my Credit card to get the money back.
