Four Points by Sheraton Omaha Midtown

I liked it.

It is an older property thats been renovated but still has slightly smoky smell. Front desk staff was average, not super friendly.

Nice hotel with hotel good location for Creighton visitors. Parking is free and ample. Odd that check-In was done all from paper records because the d a computer issue that has lingered for some time apparently. Overall, it was fine, though, and room was comfy.

The front desk staff member at check-in was awesome. Not having an ice machine on each floor was not convenient. The towels were awful and long past replacement time. The room window was so dirty you could barely see out. The street noise was over the top loud all night long. Not going back.

Room was good! Air worked great! The lady that checked us in was AWESOME!! Very helpful and very knowledgeable!!! Great personality!!! There was a sock that belonged to the previous guest left by the night stand on the floor. I didn’t see it until I checked out! Disappointing!!!

My room smelled like cigarettes and the pillows are flat.
