Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and helpful. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The location was noisy. Would definitely stay at this hotel again!

We stayed here 5 nights. The last 2 nights were very scary and felt unsafe. Twice people tried opening our door while we were sleeping in the middle of the night. Every night we returned there was loud music and people there that weren't guests of the hotel. A strong odor of weed would knock you out when you walked in the door. The hotel wasn't filthy but was pretty dirty. I felt itchy every night while sleeping.

On Wednesday of our stay, a storm came through and the hotel lost power. They didn't inform us about when or if the power was coming back on. They didnt provide even water. We slept with the window open and all we heard was people standing outside talking and people getting drunk at the bar. We left on thursday. I just received an email statement and im being charged for staying Thursday night. And ive tried calling the hotel but no one answers.

The area around the hotel was really bad and felt very unsafe. The hotel is close to some of the events down town but far enough to be affordable so was very loud till about 2:30 in the morning

They checked us into a dirty room, i called to complain and was told they had no house keeping as it was after 5. Then we were told we could take a down grade or cancel our stay. We stayed in the room a few minutes to figure out what we were gonna do. They called the room phone back and told us after about 15 minutes that they had a room ready for us .

Just stayed here with my family. The staff at this hotel is very kind and courteous. The hotel and room was super clean and modern. The breakfast was the best part, made to order at the breakfast bar. The lady that took our order and made the food was really amazing and helped customize my omelet per my diet restrictions. Over all very nice stay and will stay again.
