Four Points by Sheraton Omaha Midtown

I tried to cancel this and it wouldnt let me and I had even bought insurance

The room itself was clean, although I didn’t get any towels replaced on day two of the three day trip. Friendly staff. The primary reason for my score is that they charge you a green tax that is absolutely not part of the city tax structure. Nobody could explain it to me at the front desk and no other hotels in the area charge this fee. It ended up costing me an additional $10 for the stay. Green tax for what exactly? There was nothing that promoted environmental responsibility aside from a recycling bucket.

So many issues, from clogged sink to noisy highway to closing breakfast down early… misrepresented exterior & interior photos - overpriced for VERY LOW STANDARDS!

Great stay for our family. The breakfast was wonderful!

The beds were comfortable.The room was a good size.

The elevators were slow and had to wait on the only one working.

The young lady that was assisting with breakfast service the weekend that I was staying there was rude.

Dining options. Usually you have to wait for service.

Location was perfect

Incompetent receptionist who shouldn't be in the hospitality industry.

Comfortable beds and amazing pillows! I requested an accessible room and got one which was great and on 1st floor. Room was clean and had everything needed for a nights stay. I wouldn't pick it again just because of location, and would prefer something closer to I80 and not downtown, but that is just my personal preference. Otherwise, friendly staff and lovely hotel.
