Four Points by Sheraton Omaha Midtown

Was charged extra day didn’t give money back

Firstly i will say that the rooms were clean. But the rest of the hotel was awful. The smell in all the common areas (lobby, hallways, elevator, etc) was horrible. It smelled like a mixture of ciggarrette smoke and a dirty cat box throughout the whole building. The staff didnt really seem to care at all. The wifi didnt work and neither did the TV in the room. The only thing this place had going for it was that the room was decently clean. I have stayed at many Sheraton hotels and never had one be so dirty and unkempt. Im sure omaha has many better and cheaper hotels to stay at

Had breakfast. Eddie was a great server and the food prepared by Freddy was amazing!!!! It came out hot and the way that i asked for it to be prepared. The place is very clean and the staff is excellent and very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place......

It appears that at one time, this was a stylish and grand hotel. It appears that it has fallen into disuse and needs extensive updating. I was there on a Friday night and there were maybe a dozen cars in the parking lot. Location is good. Neighborhood seems safe. The exercise room was excellent.

Nice hotel. Perfect for overnight
