Four Points by Sheraton Omaha Midtown

Great place 10/10

Did not have to pay for parking. The young girls working the desk were friendly and cheerful.

-kept having to get new room key cards because sometimes they didn’t work. -room wasn’t always emptied of trash, had to ask for extra toilet paper. -a youth basketball team was staying and the young boys were running up and down the hallways, shouting, cursing and banging on doors at midnight. I had to call the front desk to handle it. -the pillows were absolutely horrible. No support at all so it was difficult to sit up and even watch tv in bed.

Our room did not include breakfast even though we paid over $200 a night.

No value for money. We paid over $200 a night and breakfast was not included, we were placed next to the HVAC in the back, and the room was loud.

We ended up here after another hotel overbooked. We were grateful to even get a room. It was clean. Staff was nice.

10/10 – Amazing stay during the Berkshire Hathaway Meeting! Special thanks to Eddie, the kindest and most helpful manager — he made our stay truly memorable. The front desk staff were lovely and always smiling. Super comfy beds, very quiet rooms, and the free shuttle to Downtown and the Meeting was a big plus. I’ll definitely stay here again next time in Omaha!

Everything perfect. Maybe would have loved an espresso machine at the bar if one day the manager could evaluate this small investment I’m sure he will be paid back in less than a day ☺️

Location was close to University of Nebraska medical Center

Parking lot needs Repaving, there’s lots of potholes

Decent basic hotel. Staff were friendly, though our room wasn't cleaned every day. Beds were very comfortable but the aircon wasn't very good and the bathrooms were "US hotel basic" Pricing during the Berkshire Hathaway annual meeting weekend was good compared to comparable hotels
