Bad checkin
This property is in a high level of disrepair. The rooms are extremely dirty. The electrical wall outlets are not covered. The floors were extremely dirt and sticky. The drywall was not painted in some areas. The staff needs to spray for bugs because I found spiders in the room. The security feature on the entry/exit door is broken and in need of repair. This facility should be shut down for repair and only opened after a thorough inspection is completed. I am very disappointed.
Staff very friendly. Parking was limited.
The doors seemed so unsecured. The first room we were put in the door was jammed and we couldnt even get into our room. After maintenance came and tried to fix it for 15-20min they decide to not make my family wait and put us in another room. The rooms are so poorly cleaned that our socks and feet were black from the dirty floor. The property itself had trash everywhere. From old room furniture thrown everywhere on one side of the building and trash mountain on the other side. This is one of the worst eye sores and worst places ive experienced in Ruidoso.
This place stinks.
We ended up with a room in the very back. It was a very narrow passage to get to our room and it was blocked off so we had to go around through the exit.
For being recently remodeled it was trash tv didn’t work right….sinks didn’t drain bathtub doesn’t drain and fills up while your in the shower hole in the floor between the 2 beds
