Amherst Inn & Suites

Occupants in next room sat outside under my window until 3:30 AM drinking, loud music, and talking. This happened on both nights of my stay.

Clean, comfortable, and very friendly. Fridge and microwave in room.

This place was clean, had coffee, all water temps worked. It was a clean room, no mold around the tub.Though, it was a tad noisy, but, nothing that bothered us too much.. The beds were soft! Which helps my hips. Good place overall

The room and blankets are filthy. The chairs are broken. The internet is super slow.

Not what I expected. The lobby is either in disrepair or under construction. The bathroom door was damaged. The upholstery on the desk chair was stapled in place with an office stapler. The hot and cold water were opposite what is standard. The handle fell off the toilet when flushing. I couldn't tell if people reside at this hotel or are just comfortable because there was grilling going on, desk chairs were outside of rooms like patio furniture, and some serious partying in the parking lot at night over the weekend. However, the bed was comfortable and housekeeping was good. I wouldn't choose this hotel again.

People just throw their trash all around the property. Need to have someone keep the premises clean.

I was wary when we got there because my first impression was online pictures don't match what I'm seeing. The room was clean, well maintained, but the decor is spartan and dated. We felt safe and the A/C was cold and the shower water was hot. The area immediately around the hotel is kind of run down, but there is a great shopping plaza with big name stores 1/2 mile away. The check in location does not give you confidence in the room quality, it needs a major renovation. We would not choose to stay there again, especially if we brought the kids.
