Hampton Inn Middletown

No shampoo and no cartridge to make coffee. Front desk person at check in didn’t really appreciate customers more of an imposition on her time. As a Diamond member I was not impressed. Our requested first floor room not ready. Person would not tell us the number of any rooms ready. Would only say third or fourth floor. Really obnoxious and anti customer service. Front desk person at check out much better. Actually had a personality. Good location. Easy an and off I84. Poor service.

Clean for the most part and in a good area.

The sliding door was locked or something when we arrived at 10pm and I had to physically pull the sliding doors open to get in and out the main lobby. There was food in our fridge from the guest before Housekeeping was knocking on my door at 9:20AM waking us up and it was not even a day for us to check out. Which was quite annoying

The location is good.

My sheets had blood stains on them and there was mold in the fridge that i came in contact with and im allergic to mold. The carpet smelled old. The curtain only goes 75% of the way and does not cover the window all the way. This hotel is not worth $200 a night.

Good Hampton Inn. Crowded, always out of coffee and tea but the staff was excellent and kept on top of everything. Clean, but very busy.

The check in woman was dour and acted as if it was a chore to do her job.
