GM was very helpful.

Cleanliness of the room. Floors had not been swept or mopped. Behind bed not vacuumed, room dusty, ice maker in room refrigerator did not work and no other way to obtain ice in facility.

"Very disappointing, even after changing rooms."

Staff was friendly and helpful.

Found a Cockroach in the closet, the coffee maker was dirty, the pot on the stove was dirty, the shower handle was stuck, the tv remote did not work very well, the room had a bad smell, it didn’t look anything like the pictures online.

We didn’t even stay due to the conditions and location of this hotel. Very dirty, old, smells and the location was unsafe.
