Candlewood Suites Indianapolis Airport by IHG

My reservation was cancelled at 8:30 pm on my day of checking in as I was on my way to the hotel. After sending multiple messages about getting my refund I have yet to get a response from anyone there.

Staff was friendly.

Not sure if room was clean.

I liked the sizes of the room, and I liked that the hotel had almost everything you would need to cook and eat your food in the kitchen.

I didn't like that the dishes in the kitchen had not been cleaned from whoever and stay in the room before they lifted I didn't feel like it should of been my responsibility clean and dishes that I hadn't even ised yet

The property around the area was nice but getting to the property the roads are horrible

The GM of the property is the most unprofessional out of all of them. Waiting in line at the desk watching her handle the MANY complaints of other guests was hard to watch. The rooms are terrible. Some have cable. Some don’t. The desk staff is super helpful. Josh made sure to find us a room that we would be comfortable staying in and went above and beyond for us. If Josh hadn’t helped us we would’ve went elsewhere. You can hear everyone laughing and playing around in the hall office during the day but you don’t hear or see anyone cleaning the common areas of the hotel. If you remove the pillow case and cover the pillows are piss stained yellow. As well as the duvet. This location has went downhill and with the employees they have running it… I don’t think it’s going to get better, even with the renovations. Do yourself a favor and save your money. The days in across the street is in better shape honestly.

How clean it was and the staff was amazing

The dryers and washers didn’t work well

My only disappointment was that there was no TV. We called and they said they would change it soon, but they never arrived.
