Nice place good location clean rooms just need little up keep of room fixes

Checked in, recieved room key, opened side entrance to go to the room. Entrance was filthy with trash on the ground and dirty. Very outdated. Got in the room, bathtub had standing water in it, one bed had a cigerette burn hole in it and the other had a blood stain on the bed. We got our stuff and loaded back up and went to the front desk and told Mr Patel we would not be staying there. It was not anything like the pictures online. I requested a refund and he said I had to contact Hotel.com which I did, then was told manager from this hotel would have to approve refund. Still no refund. Do not waste your time or money booking this hotel, it is not worth it.

Person at the front desk was amazing and always readily and happy to help with any questions. Place was surprisingly quiet and everything seemed clean. Overall no complaints and would stay again!

Room smelled of smoke and Marijuana. Toilet was not secured to floor and leaked. Only given 2 towels during entire stay. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Hotel felt dirty and just not in good location. Didn’t feel safe. Was cheap, so it had that going for it.

The facility did not look like the pictures - it was old. The pool was closed for "maintenance" for 6 out of 7 days. The air conditioning was set for a cold temp but never made it.

Easy check in, great customer service

Room was dirty. Did not have a shower curtain or toilet seat. Pool advertised was not operable. Contacted Expedia for resolution and they accepted the above as appropriate standards.

Filthy rooms with stains all over the sheets, furniture, floors, walls, bathroom. Everywhere. And the pool was closed. Looked like it had not been open in over a year.

A great and affordable place to stay for my trip!
