Quality Inn Fort Mill near Carowinds Blvd

The room was cold

Someone knocked at my door at 4am and didn’t say nothing

We have stayed at this location on two separate occasions now, while visiting Carowinds. The staff are friendly, the property is clean, and the breakfast is a huge plus! Especially with 4 kids. They were very accommodating and offered us a room on the bottom floor once they saw us bringing our stuff in with the kids. We were sad that the pool was closed for maintenance this most recent time. But, no complaints at all! This is definitely my hotel of choice for future visits.

Decent, just not the best breakfast or bathrooms.

It’s a small place

They tried to make my daughter and her friend go to an Atm and withdraw $100 for a cash deposit when I already booked and paid for the room almost a month ago. They were afraid because the man raised his voice at them. My husband called and he denied it and said if she didn't have the money he would have took a card from her. They ended up not staying because they were very uncomfortable after that.

Dishonesty and rude behavior.

Shower is dirty in tub and room has a musty smell.

Not bad considering it was near park. Pool was out of service, but no notification on their website or Expedia.

We got there very late and check in went well. We got to the room and it was extremely hot. The AC was completely off. It took over 2 hours for it to cool for us to be even to sleep. It never got cold all night. The bathroom didn’t look very clean either. We got up early the next morning and just left.

Our room smelled awful as soon as we entered. Luckily I had my travel diffuser to help mask the smell. The tv didn’t work. Breakfast was limited and the space available to get food was small and cramped. Sheets were clean
