Quality Inn Goose Creek - Charleston

room was clean, had a safe, fridge, microwave. toilet leaked, had to keep towels on the floor. beds weren't comfortable. airport and train tracks nearby so there was a lot of noise. staff was very nice

Everything was great the only thing it was hard to get in and out during heavy traffic and they didn't have the hallmark channel but otherwise great if I needed anything they were right there

The hotel is very close to the navy base. The rooms a not very fancy but are clean. Pretty much has the basics but not much more. Has a morning continental breakfast which is good. But the staff is excellent and friendly! This was the second time we stayed here and it was because of the staff, They are always pleasant and will go out of their way to do anything for you. This is why we came back to stay here again. So if you're looking for the Ritz, this ain't it. But if you're looking for a good basic clean comfortable hotel room at a good price, this is the place.

Comfortable and enjoyed extra personal hygiene items like lotion and conditioner. Upgrade to flat screen TV and free hot break fast. The only thing that would've made it better would be bigger beds. The beds were very small.

It was as advertised not the best but ok.

After driving for 10 hours I checked into the hotel, went to my room, and found that it had an over powering stench of cigarette smoke. I absolutely could not sleep in that room. Went back to the clerk and explained to him the stench in the room was too strong. I asked for another room. He informed me that the hotel was full and the best he could do was to refund my money. he went to the computer and started to do a refund and then stopped and told me I would have to go through $xpedia because I booked through them. The manager was not even interested in why I left. $xpedia contacted the hotel manager and he did not want them to refund my money even though I drove to the next town and checked into another hotel. The Hotel in Goose Creek was terrible but the staff were worse. Very poor management.

Good for the money excellent

It was fine. Just stayed overnight. The beds were very comfortable.
