Quality Inn Huron

Hotel was dirty and seemed very run down. Walking in the front to check in, we realized the glass door wasn't attached to anything. Internet ethernet cable was fed throughbehind a faceplate, not installed proprly, in the lobby. That may explain why the internet in our room didn't work. Front desk staff was not friendly, gracious, or hospitable. Photos on Expedia are NOT representative of the actual hotel. Our room was very dirty. Hair in shower and on toilet seat. Mildew or something on shower curtain. Carpet was dirty and probably 30-40 years old. Yellow stains on white towels. I was anxious about bed bugs, but we thankfully did not find evidence of any. I will never stay at a Quality Inn again. I may never stay at a Choice hotel again. It was very disappointing. The only positives were that the bed was fairly comfortable and the breakfast was edible.

Everything from outside and inside was dirty. Outside doors falling apart. The door cards failed to work, had to get them reprogrammed. Service at the desk was horrible and disrespectful from the older gentlemen.

Sadly the entire place smells like an ash tray with the hallways only a bit better due to air flow and lots of Fabreeze plug ins

Beds are very comfortable.

Bed comfort is excellent and internet access is wonderful

Ice machines didn’t work. Toilet seat loose.

The breakfast was good. Several choices.

We were told when we arrived that they had no knowledge of us. We usually do not carry around confirmation of our booking. The woman would not give us a room. As we began to leave she said that she could help us . We agreed. She charged us 45 dollars over our booking.com price. The towel rack in the bathroom was coming away from the wall. We had no hot water until the evening of our last day. The bathroom door only closed 45 degrees.

I liked the layout of the room. The bedroom was separate from the sitting area, so there was a bit of privacy. The wifi logon procedure was cumbersome, especially when it "forgot" that you had logged on (and watched the commercial) earlier that day.

Nothing

Room smelt like cigarettes, housekeepers were extremely rude and would just walk in on you sleeping, stuff was just rude in general.
