Room was comfy, and the staff was super nice.

Check in was easy and parking was great. Room needs many repairs, hand towels and wash clothes need to be replaced. Bed linens and bed was comfortable. Room needed a better cleaning and plumbing fixtures need replacing. If you just need a place to sleep this would work.

Service was great--clean had a enjoyable stay

The beds were comfortable, pillows were good. When we entered the handicap room, it was dark and we were unable to find the light switches as they were placed about 3 or 4 feet from the floor. I think that is a little low even for someone in a wheelchair and not where anyone expects them to be. It would be good to have some sort of constant light source, perhaps the switch could be constantly on or a nightlight plugged in near the door. It was great to have a comfortable armchair in the room but a recliner would be better for those who have trouble breathing when lying flat which seems to be common in us older folks. However, breakfast was awful!

The food was put out by 6 am. My husband was in the dining are from 6 am til I came in about 9 am. He had a waffle, eggs, and sausages. He has an iron stomach but has been sick ever since. My husband hadn't seen anyone check the food in the interem. When I came in the sausages were all stacked around the outside edge of the warming pan. Most of them were gray not brown as they would if fully cooked. The eggs were dry, cool and tasteless. I took one bite and realized they were powdered eggs (I'm allergic) and sausage tasted off. Thank goodness I didn't eat any more! Also, the exterior looked tacky as weeds were high as grass hadn't been mowed though others in the area had. I have trouble with my footing and found it difficult to comfortably walk into the door for the rooms as cement was apparently very broken up and had been messily repaired making the area rough. Last year we stayed here but in one of the rooms that opens onto the back parking area. We found a frog in our room. We were also given notice that if any stains were found on our sheets that we would be charged for them. There were stains on them when we checked in. I made sure to tell them. I was not charged but it didn't leave me with a good feeling. I don't believe we will stay there again.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The towels are in poor condition, showing signs of age and lots of stains. The breakfast was awful and when putting half and half in my coffee, it curdled. The sausage and gravy was cold and if you threw the biscuits at the wall, they would probably knock a hole in the wall. The outside property makes the place look abandoned. The front desk is still protected by plexiglass and it is difficult to communicate with the person standing behind the desk. I would not recommend this hotel.

Price was fair. Breakfast was a bit on the cold side as far as the hot food was concerned

Bathroom was a bit on the dingy side. Height of the toilet was terrible, really short. Breakfast area needed some attention as far as being clean and attended to. Microwave was dirty and the floor was sticky.
