"Cockroaches and refusal of room change"

Cockroach found crawling on the walls and they wouldn't move me to the empty rooms all around me. It was after 8pm so I had to call the emergency number they left up. They wouldn't come look at it as they said it was a stink bug. I said I had photos if they wanted me to send them (it was not a stinkbug). The man on the line said he wasn't interested in seeing any photos. I had to sleep in a cockroach room. I would look at the other inns in this town.

Didn’t stay horrified at the room. Lost our money pictures were very misleading. To share how bad I’ve hiked the Appalachian Trail slept in hostels that were cleaner.
