Hampton Inn & Suites Memphis East Germantown Area

Great hotel in a nice area of Memphis. I stayed here going home to Alabama and back up. Will definitely be back

Great location and easy check in. Staff was very friendly. Requested sheets for pull out bed but was never delivered. Dishes from prior tenant was still in dishwasher. Besides those two things, everything was great

It was very easy to access the locations I needed to go to. However, if you have special dietary needs, they can not accommodate you with anything dairy-free or otherwise. The breakfast is a standard breakfast for anyone without special needs. I found myself leaving the property to seek out breakfast.

Nice hotel, newly renovated. The room was nice and very clean. Bed very comfortable, as was the lounge chair and desk chair. Large TV with lots of channels. The common areas are very nice and clean. Fitness center is small and in a strange location just off the breakfast area; however, it was well equipped with dumbells and cardio machines. The front desk lady was very nice when we checked in, and the ladies at the front desk during checkout were very nice. A man who was there one afternoon acted like I was bothering him when I asked for water, he didn't say anything. The breakfast was very disappointing. Not a typical Hampton Inn breakfast with a lot of variety. This breakfast was watery eggs and overcooked breakfast meat. Danish and muffins were basically non existing. There was no fruit... none, and no yogurt. The attendant was asked by a couple of people about other (typical) breakfast items, and she would reply with something like "this is what we have". For such a nice hotel, breakfast was a big letdown. You have to pay 10.00 to park, which is ok for gated parking but they leave the exit gate open so I saw people just driving in there. On-site security and a lot of cameras around make it feel more secure. The hotel seems to be in a nice area, so we were not too concerned about safety. We would stay here again due to value for the stay and location and hope for a better breakfast experience.

The room was very clean and comfortable (bed). I liked the shower amenities-shampoo, conditioner, and gel soap. I was very pleased with the room and price. Thank you for the complimentary bottles of water at check in, after traveling for hours, they were very much appreciated.

It was a nice stay for me I had to have surgery the next day so I had to to leave like 4am!! It was a 10/10

Property is neat and clean and has easy access to poplar ave , Hwy 240 /walnut grove. FYI: you can use your room key for the parking gate.

Best sleep, not crazy bout paying ten bucks to park. Spuds at breakfast , awesome. :)

Everything was just fine, excellent friendly staff, beds were too soft for my back but everything was excellent!
