Continental breakfast needs to be updated. Cereal tastes stale. Not enough choices No fresh fruit, except some bruised apples Only 1 waffle machine which made the line long

"To many bugs for me"

I got in late and went to sleep. So I didn't pay much attention. I woke up at about 3 am. and went into the bathroom. I turned the light on, and about 5 or 6 roaches scattered. I got my things and left.

We had to take all of luggage, shoes and everything and put it in car because there were so many ROACHES!!! We didn't sleep a wink and didn't even think about exploring the breakfast. Very disappointing!

The staff was very nice. Got locked out of my room. Was out for nearly 2 hours while the clerk tried getting someone to answer the phone. She went down the list and no answer from owner to maintenance. They changed the keypads. Which wasnt the problem it was the handle you had to do it fast and bear down on the handle. I asked for compensation and they said they would call me on Monday and never heard from anyone. And the Free breakfast was a joke also. The coffee was good. Had a couple of roaches in the room with us though.

The pool was nice. And the 2 front desk agents were nice.

There was a cockroach in the room. The adjoining rooms we had, the door handle was broke. And at one point my mother was locked out of her room for 1 hour and 1/2. And I told the front desk about it and they were to pass the messages to the management. Still nothing has been done!!
