"It was ok just disappointed about the elevator"

We love the hotel we always stay here

The elevator wasn’t working so we had to take 3 flights of stairs with our 4 year old several times. Along with our luggage

"Very Good"

The staff is always friendly and for the most part. Everything about the hotel is clean and comfortable.

The elevator has been broken 2 plus weeks waiting for parts I was told. You have to walk the length of the hotel and then climb up the stairs to get to the second story.

Clean room and great location. Bed was very comfortable.

The room was recently renovated, using a contemporary design that left it void of space to store clothing and other articles. For an overnight stay, it would’ve been fine. I was staying for five nights and had to put clothes on the floor. No shelves, and no drawers. I was told they were trying to achieve a more contemporary look. Problem is they lost functionality in the process.

Location

Elevator broken and didn’t bother to let us know till we arrived for a 4 night stay. Tried to put us on 3rd floor. Front desk clerk very unhelpful and had an attitude when I said we couldn’t stay on 3rd floor due to having business trip that required carrying to much up and down stairs every night. Offered no help of any kind. Had to get booking company involved to get my money back. Usually love La Quinta’s. But not this one!

"Elevator broken"

Elevator was broken and the bed is very uncomfortable. The King room is way over priced for the area. I will not be staying again.
