Clean, nice staff, good variety for breakfast.

Beds were very uncomfortable.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean.

The beds are very hard. I have a very bad back so I couldn't sleep on the bed. I stayed up all night sitting in the chair. I think they should also have walk in showers for disabled people.

Large room, clean, nice bathroom, quiet, easy access to freeway

The bed had a dip in the middle, very worn

Staff was nice

When we got there they did not have our reservation then they finally got us a room and it smelt like cat pee. Staff changed the room and the 2nd room was much cleaner. That night woke up to a super strong smell of weed. Woke up the next morning and the hallway and our room smelt of cigarette smoke bad. Will not stay again.

Clean property but there is a thief on the staff and management was not too concerned.

An item was left in the room upon check out and I called to inquire if housekeeping had brought this to the front desk within 24 hrs of checkout. Was told that housekeeping had not found the item and they were sorry. The item was not misplaced, it was left hanging on the back of bathroom door and taken by a member of the staff instead of being turned in to management. I do take responsibility for my error in leaving the item but will not do business that I can’t trust people with a key not to take property left after check out.
