The property is great! This was my second stay. It is clean and comfortable.

This particular stay the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. It took about an hour maybe more to fix.

"very poor experience"

Not much. Old in need of an upgrade. Areas of floor mainly behind door in restroom dirty. Old worn out furniture and what made it all worse was the construction along I-45 in front of the hotel. Staff nearly non-existent. When I left the young man at the desk was concentrating on something so intense on the computer that he barely looked up to see who was giving him the card key, the previous patron was received the same way, no attention being paid to who was going or coming. Needless, to say I did not enjoy the hotel.

1. Old needs update 2. Worn out furniture in room 3. Parking (not many spots, had to park out further than Iiked. 4. Construction along I45 makes hotel harder to reach 5. Inattentive staff
