Room clean. Rude staff. Lots of loitering around door to room. Very seedy, and very uncomfortable. Will not stay here again.

What conveniently located and clean! The breakfast was nice every morning and staff was friendly. I would stay again!

The carpert is very dirty

I was left for 2 1/2 hours at the airport from 10.00 at night until 11:30 pm because the idiot behind the desk told me the shuttle would be there to pick me up. They didn't even have one. The furniture looked like it came from a dirty garage sale. I never knew if the bed was going to flip me in the air or on the floor every time I moved. It made a horrible sound. The air conditioner poured out water in the floor like a water hose. I almost broke my neck. I grabbed the door facing and about pulled my arm out of socket from slipping in the water. The cabinets were filthy. The smoke over my room nauseated me so bad. I would almost throw up every time I went and came from my room. So disgusting. Nothing I am a 79 year old Heart Patient.

the manager was friendly and apologetic. He was very nice. The maids were very nice. Sorry I reversed these two entries.

The room was not at all what we expected. I think it was over hyped on the website. We could not enjoy the pool due to it being dirty. I think it’s weird that they allow the bar to go till 2 but can’t use the lounge area upstairs past 10. Makes no sense when the music blares thru the rooms from the bar. Everything was way too expensive. The drinks at the bar the drinks at the restaurant and you pay a fee at the door to the bar and they take your wrist band if you leave the bar. House keeping was good but the mirrors windows and walls where dirty. The towels were in my opinion a little too dirty so we resorted to using our own. I say the website could definitely update the pictures.
