"You get what you pay for…not much…"

How close it was to the concert venue.

The front desk agent was rude, even the maintenance guy said she always has an attitude. The elevator made loud noises and jerked you around when riding it. When I checked in, the front desk attendant had such an attitude she didn’t even program my room keys correctly so when I get to my room I had to to leave my belongings in the hallway to go back downstairs to have her reprogram them. I definitely will not be staying here again because this is the epitome of you get what you pay for.

"Good for a quick overnight trip, but very expensive for a mediocre hotel."

I loved the location in San Antonio, very centrally located to the Alamodome and downtown. It was also full of helpful and kind staff members and the rooms were very clean.

The place was outdated and behind on maintenance issues in the lobby and the elevator. The lights were very dim and there was limited parking. For the price of the room, the hotel felt very limited and outdated.
