Best Western Plus Downtown North

Only two lights worked in the room. The internet signal was not strong enough for me to work on my laptop. The bathtowels were wet, like someone put them in the washing machine and never put them in the dryer.

BREAKFAST exceeded our expectations. Great surprise to see clean, good options and excellent schedule for Sunday AM !!

Fr desk people skills/customer care could be better.

Location def. Walking distance from restaurants and gas stations !

Our rooms restroom had like white stuff on the floor not sure if it was paint that peeled off or toilet paper , another thing our restroom door and closet door wouldn’t close, as well as the door for the shelve where the fridge was didn’t close either! Plus in the morning we wanted coffee around 10/10:30am in the lobby the coffee was cold the containers were turned off but it had coffee inside.

La cama muy bien, cómoda. El baño limpio y siempre agua caliente. Hacían la limpieza diario. Buena iluminación, la tv funcionaba bien. La calefacción funcionaba bien. No había ruido exterior. El elevador estaba en buenas condiciones. Servicio de café en el lobby. No había cafetera en la habitación pero había refri. Tiene estacionamiento gratuito. La ubicación funcionaba perfecto para mis planes de viaje.

Olvidamos un artículo y volvimos al día siguiente por el y no nos lo entregaron, que porque no había ama de llaves... Mal protocolo por parte del hotel para devolución de objetos olvidados, cero flexibilidad para ayudar.

The breakfast was awesome!! The beds comfortable and clean

The fan in the bathroom was noisy, and turn on at the same time as the light, so there is no way to avoid the noise while taking a shower. Also the blackout shade in the window was not enough to cover the light from the outside.
