The desk clerk, Elizabeth, was outstanding! She was so upbeat, positive, cheerful and helpful that we bought her a flower arrangement. For my job, I lived in a hotel for 2 weeks a month for 5 years and some days a month for the previous 28 years, and I never had a desk clerk like this. My girl friend agreed. The lady manager came over to our table at breakfast (which was great) and thanked us for being do nice to her desk clerk and we told her it was well deserved. As for the overall amenities of hotel they were excellent. I did see where someone complained about insufficient charging outlets. Our room had two on each bedside lamp, another 2 on the desk, and more wall plugs. How many devices does he have? We recommend this hotel, if for no other reason than to start your day on a happy note by wishing Elizabeth a good morning. You won't regret it!
