The staff was nice, everything was quiet. Everything was clean.

The worst part of the stay was the mattress - it was so bad neither me nor my partner could sleep. There were also holes in the drywall, particularly in the bathroom. The furniture was also damaged, like the tv stand had a large gash taken out of the corner of the nightstand.

The hotel is a mid-level hotel that could do with redecorating. That being said, it was exceptionally clean and quiet. Although I did not make use of the gym or laundry facility, they were a definite positive for the hotel. Last but not least, Xander at Reception was highly professional, polite, and friendly.

I have been staying at this location at least once or twice a month for the past 18 months. The manager, Sharon, and front desk staff Liz and Jordan have all been very pleasant, efficient and helpful. Liz in particular has worked with me on multiple occasions to get me a room on busy weekends, get me a slightly better rate, or warn me when the hotel expects to be extra busy. On a few occasions, such as this one, I have received a room upgrade. I do not know which staff member has been responsible for each of these upgrades, but I do appreciate them.

The bathroom was very good, although no soap in shower, and room temperature was good. The facilities were lean overall and breakfast was decent for venue. Staff was nice.

Flimsy furniture, didn't feel that I could lean on dresser or desk. No water in gym, but that stuff happens.
