This property is the worst ever

The room was clean. That is the only nice thing to say. The building is falling apart. The grounds are unkempt. People reside there. It is loud with banging doors all night long. We did not get the type of rooms that I booked weeks in advance. Our rooms were not close to each other.

Dealers and prostitutes scattered all around, dirty rooms, floors caving in, staff was not great, wouldn't give me an extra pillow as there was only one in the room, and it was tucked in a cabinet, blood stains on toilet seat, absolutely will NEVER stay there again. Also, the cops and EMS showed up multiple times throughout the night.

At first site this seems like just another chain hotel. Yet upon check in you see it is far from ordinary. Check in is fast, yet accurate, polite and very engaging answering all of my questions with true and not opinion response. The staff was immediately very welcoming and very accommodating. This site is budget friendly without compromising service or cleanliness. Very high value, very low cost-I loved it. This is a great hotel for family vacation I cannot stress how clean and well stocked our room was. Everyday we exchanged our towels and the housekeeping staff was so nice and prompt. The linens at this location are so plush and soft, you get 2 bath towels that are very large and plush not like normal budget hotel tiny scratchy towels these were great a brand called WnyDry absolute comfort and no stains or holes. As for the room itself the beds are super comfortable and you can easily see each room is completely cleaned between guests. This housekeeping staff is seriously dedicated to guests happiness. The parking at this property was more than ample, and the staff keep a very good eye on guests vehicles. My family felt very safe during our entire stay. We do not have pets but this hotel IS pet friendly. They have a light breakfast. They have a pool (seasonally). They offer decent shampoo and soap not the typical harsh ones. Overall I would say the bad reviews I have seen about this site maybe more personal because our experience was super and I personally saw many other guests have a great experience also. Myself and my family give a great big thank you for the stay the welcome feeling and the efforts to make us feel safe during our stay! to ALL the staff at Days Inn Ashland VA.

These people are the worst at there job the property has roaches bad the floors are caving in and the ceiling are falling apart the shower is stained with cigarettes cable limited and start knocking at your door way before checkout

Propert not well kept , there were roaches when we entered the room.The floor qasnt swept

My check in was peaceful and effortless. The representative was kind and attentive. My room smelled fresh and clean. The television was up to par. The air conditioner was comfortable. The bathroom was cleaned. The bed. Was comfortable. My overall experience was delightful.
