Employee was helpful on helping me with something I left in room. Pillows were good and bed was comfy

I was here to clean out my brother's house who just passed. Room was pretty ghetto, got back to room after midnight from cleaning and packing all day. The first thing we noticed is the toilet would not flush, then turned the water on in the tub to take a shower, the water came out BLACK! I let it run for a while and it got a little better, but there was only barely Luke warm, no hot water., and there were black spots (stains) in the tub. The walls were gross they had dirt streaking down them. Housekeeping needs to learn how to do their job...
