General condition

You guys cheated on us. We booked for 5 people but you prepared only 1 room. The confirmation paper has a phone number that doesn't work. We had reported to the police to show up and solve the problem as we were thrown to the street.

Nothing. Finally, the guy at front desk helped us with the cancellation and have to travel 1 more hour to find another place. By employing such irresponsible company and getting ignorant staff with Expedia travel you turned our hope to hell. By abusing people who trusted you, you will surely facilitating your downfall .

Excellent location and for the money was a good value.

Expectations for the money wasn’t very high but found the room to be very acceptable.

Bed was comfortable, room wasn't clean though walked on floor and feet turned black, and had roaches. Breakfast sucked muffins and bananas. Had to buy breakfast.

I did not like anything about the place. I did not say I would like a full refund like I was promise. The beds were not made from the last guest. The bathroom was filthy and the floor were a mess. Absolutely disgusting

I like the fact that I was still able to leave and just drive home. I was still charged even though I was told I wasn’t going to be. Let’s not mention the toilet seat that was holding on for dear life. Just crazy

Didn’t have breakfast. The location was good.

The floor felt gross. I killed many bugs.
