Convenience. Very friendly staff

Room was not clean, looked to have either tobacco flakes or ash on one bed. Floor was broken. Fridge was dirty. Door safety lock was totally gone. Smoke detector inoperable. Bed was not comfortable. There were bugs I did not see until middle of night. We stayed as it was cold and we had been driving all day. I don't think we will be returning

Moved me to different rooms each had an abundance of bugs

Nothing, but the guy at the desk was nice, just completely unaware of how gross the room and set up was in the hotel. he told me i would be refunded for the room but that has not happened yet.

Cockroaches in the room, smelled heavily of smoke when asked for non smoking. bugs in the bathroom and under the bed/covers. the ac unit was very dirty and had not had the filter changed in a long time, if ever. spiderwebs. it was an unbelievable experience, I literally stayed in the room for 30 seconds and left and got back on the road. I am still waiting for the refund as well.

NOTHING. We left less than an hour in and demanded a refund. This place is not only a health violation but is also a serious safety concern.

This place was disgusting. We did not stay longer than an hour. Roches everywhere, unwashed sheets, blankets, pillowcases, towels etc… squished roaches all over the walls… live roaches running around.. there was no hot water. There was pet hair all over the pillows and sides of the beds. The doors looked like they’ve never been wiped down from the day this place opened, but I guess that doesn’t matter when the doors to your room don’t even shut all the way anyway… STAY FAR AWAY.
