"Fire alarm issues cause night of no sleep!"

Fire alarm went off at 1:35 am on Sun 12/7 and still blasting at 3:30 am. Firemen came, investigated and left. Supposedly caused by vandalism and night staff person still waiting for manager and alarm company to come. Absurd

"Fine hotel, kinda expensive."

I loved the staff and the breakfast was phenomenal. Pretty clean and not stuffy in the room.

They charged an extra $152 for our pet and booking.com didn't give us the option to select that we were bringing a pet so we were blindsided by the extra fee.

My room was by the exit at the end of hall on the first floor. I didn’t like being awakened by the exit door opening and closing as people left before 11a check-out. The door also dragged along the ground!
