Best Western Plus South Hill Inn

Could use a spruce up but on the whole, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful.

I stood in the same room on 2 different occasions 4/13 and 4/20 and both times the service was great. I had a room that fit 8 people with 3 king beds and a sofa bed, my family and I loved it. One of the days the sofa bed would not open so we couldn't use it, I informed the receptionist upon check out and she said she would fix it. I booked the same room for the following weekend and it was fixed 😊. Breakfast was good, the only thing I would recommend for them to do it's to change the variety for the breakfast because it appears that they do the same thing every day. Other than that everything was excellent.

Other Guest were little noisy inside the hall and outside the window...but bearable.

Check in was awesome and the property is convenient to shopping. I've stayed here several times when visiting family nearby.
