Easy and cheerful check in. Property is very clean. Beds are comfortable. Nice breakfast

The location is great, located between Winchester and Front Royal. The people that work there are the best! They helped me with carrying things and a few times with bringing my breakfast to the table since I am on crutches. I would like to especially thank Ericka, Elaina, Yolonnie, Janet, Rosie and Diego. Things that need to be fixed: the window shades in some rooms do not work, some of the phones you can't get a dial tone or the call the front desk, lights in the bathroom ceilings in some rooms do not work, some shower handles are very loose, some charging ports in the rooms don't work.

This hotel is right off the highway and a decent place for an overnight hotel. The hotel is on the older side but the rooms are updated and clean. Unfortunately the walls are VERY thin, as in you’ll hear every conversation your neighbors have. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Overall, not a bad stay, just hope your neighbors go to bed at a decent time like mine did and remember to be considerate of your neighbors because if you can hear them, they can hear you.

Close to the interstate, food and gas. Clean, comfortable rooms and staff was friendly and accommodating.

Decent place. Breakfast well stocved and attended to.

We always book our hotel with Hotels.com and this is the only one that we have showed up for check in and our name mysteriously isn't in the system. Was instructed to cancel our booking through Hotels.com and they would offer us a discount that would have been over $30 more than what we already had locked in through the site. Plus we would have been responsible for the cancellation fee. Go a few exits up to Winchester VA and avoid this location. 5 stars to Hotels.com for assistance with canceling for free. Stay away from this rip off and save yourself a lot of headache.

I am 5 feet tall with sore knees. I booked a handicap accessible room. The room had 2 beds that were so high that I had no way of climbing up on them. Apparently all the rooms are like this. After many tries to mount the bed and gave up. There was only a computer chaair and I couldn't see me sitting on that all night so I put the quilt on the floor with the pillows and slept ( badly ) on the floor. Then on checkout my bill was $10 more than the Booking .com quote. The desk clerk then reversed the $10 but $100 to sleep on the floor. Breakfast was terrible, very little choice, no yoghtrt or muffins just white bread and plain bagels.
