Although you are in the city, the lake gives a feeling of calm and openness. Very enjoyable to watch the seaplanes takeoff and land on the lake.

Pros: conveniently located if you’re attending a concert at Climate Pledge or something near Queen Anne. Lakeside rooms have a lovely view of the float plane activity and water. Beds are comfortable and sheets are nice. Walk-in shower and bathroom have a good layout and were very clean. Cons: I’m not sure this is really a “con” per se if you want convenience and walkability in the heart of a large city, but it’s not necessarily quiet late night on a weekend, or as tranquil and safe feeling on the outside. You definitely feel secure inside the property, but there’s a lot going on outside and you need to watch yourself. Marriott mobile key didn’t work for me and I couldn’t get contactless check-in.

"First time in Seattle"

We arrived quite late on the Saturday night, FoH staff were great. We were able to get something to eat & drink at the in-house restaurant. Nice room and really comfy bed. Our coffee machine wasn’t working however it was rectified very quickly. Very happy with our stay. We slid stayed there for one more night after our Alaskan cruise. We had disembarked very early in the Monday morning so thought we’d not be able to get into our room, however much to our delight they offered us a room straight away rather than having to wait for the usual check in time.
