Courtyard Seattle Downtown/Lake Union

A hotel of this magnitude you would think would offer complimentary coffee in the lobby, sadly no. Force you to go to starbucks, and no the room coffee does not cut it.

I liked the location. Rooms were clean and great staff.

I paid 3rd party and the hotel added extra charges for stuff i didnt need. .They had someone in the next room over that could see into our bathroom through a vent. It was closed off the next day.

I liked that it was within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The walk/bike path across the street was very convenient. The “lake view” wasn’t as clear and unobstructed as I was expecting, based on the pictures. There is a lot of traffic on the road in front of the building, so it was occasionally noisy from that. But within the hotel was relatively quiet. The front staff was very helpful and even arranged a 3am ride to the airport. The only complaint I had was that the shower was dirty (dirty fingerprints, a booger, and other strange smudges on the wall, and the shampoo/conditioner/body wash bracket attached to the shower wall had lots of built up dust and grime, as well as a hair, so it looked like it had not been wiped down for quite some time. I went to the front desk and explained it to the staff, and they said someone would come clean it within the hour. I left for dinner and when I returned, it had not been cleaned, but both toilet seats had been lifted up. Not sure if they got the wrong message and someone cleaned the toilet instead of the shower.

Położenie hotelu jest korzystne przy jeziorze. Obiekt ma dobrze wyposażoną siłownię. Całość dość przeciętna zaś zakres usług niezrozumiały.

Niedomykające się okna w ogóle nie wygłuszające ruchu ulicznego - rano intensywnego. Drzwi do pokoi trzaskające z taką mocą, że nie da się spać. Serwis słaby, bardzo pobieżny. Uwaga - śniadania wliczone w cenę tylko z karty - rano spore kolejki do często niemiłej obsługi (zwłaszcza jedna nieuprzejma Chinka). Do śniadań wliczona tylko woda - za kawę trzeba zapłacić. Brak owoców i soków - też płatne. Ogólnie wiele niefajnych i zaskakujących niedogodności (np. dodatkowe łóżko - nie było pościeli i trzeba było rozłożyć samodzielnie). Ogólnie irytująco.

It’s next to lake which is beautiful area. Some restaurants are in walking distance. Rooms are clean and nice.
