Comfortable beds.

I didnt like that they added $50 to my bill incase I needed indlcidentals. Still waiting for that to be credited back to my account.

Breakfast was ok. People friendly.

I have itches, not sure why. I do think it was clean, but there were stains on the dressers and some walls. Also the bathroom ceiling above the toilet looked like it was ready to fall down. Sink had no plug in it.

The breakfast was great. There were just enough products to pick from.

We were surprised that you had to pay for water to drink. Most places we had stayed gave us it daily if we needed it.

Ease of access to freeway

Door to hotel room wouldn’t lock, dirty shower, loud guests (lots of teens)

I was harrassed by the black lady who served breakfast Saturday morning and Sunday morning. She also called me a racial slur. The room had black mold in the bathroom and was very unclean. I told the lady at the front desk her name was Carolyn, and she seemed not to want to get involved. I am calling the manager tomorrow. I am requesting a full refund for my stay! This was the worst stay I have ever had at a Holiday Inn Express or at a hotel ever in my life! I will be taking this matter to their corporate level also.

Breakfast was good....... Lorena at front desk was very helpful with my first time Uber. Tori at front desk was also helpful. Location to event was perfect. Bed, pillows and sheets were very comfortable. The room was very clean and the water hot.

Nothing. All of my needs were met.

Good variety of breakfast offerings - consistently. The lady in charge was great!, straightforward even when some items ran out. Considering the large groups of families with teenagers (softball teams), couldn't have asked for more. Had no difficulty finding handicap parking spaces/ones close to the entry, as we needed to come and go for HS graduation activities, family get-togethers, and some 'our time'.

- Room needed some maintenance in the bathroom, most was easy to deal with, shower never did work correctly, shower switch for top & hand-held never worked (and if I was a few inches shorter couldn't have reached). Trust the on/off handle's leaking has been fixed by now. - Shower curtain was supplied; towels/washcloths never replaced, though had asked for. + Over-all, nice room, & chain-pulls for both shades worked correctly.
