Holiday Inn Express Milwaukee - West Medical Center by IHG

Rooms were smelly and had a leak in the room from the wall. Looked like it came from the other rooms. Staff, especially the kitchen staff were horrible. They gouge you and questioned you on the amount you are at the “free buffet” had the lady there bringing out the food say to me, do you really need to eat all that. She looked irritated and annoyed I was eating buffet portions. Stay away or this place needs to release everyone and rehire.

Bed was dirty. The bathroom/ bathtub had mold growing. People slamming doors so didn’t get much sleep.

Clean room and lobby area. Friendly staff , felt safe as a single travler.

This was a nice hotel very convenient for our needs.

This is a tired hotel that needs updating. Our room smelled like a wet washcloth. Area around hotel was safe.

Fix the fire alarm going off in the middle if the Night many nights. I should rate this place a zero given this was not just one night.... what that about??

There were lots and lots of defects in the carpet and the walls. Like the wallpaper coming apart. Water damage in the ceiling. The room smells like mildew. The air conditioner blows directly on your head so now I have a cold. Absolutely dreadful experience.

Dilapidated, dated, mildew-smell; unsecured property where some guy wandered in and started checking rooms. Broken toilet seat, cracked plaster… the place was a mess.

it is not a bad hotel but it does need up dating.
