"A great stay overall"

The amenities, cleanliness, and staff were all amazing.

For safety reasons, I didn’t like that the exterior front door of our building (building C) did not lock.

Never again!! Had to kill a couple cockroaches and beetles. Toilet would randomly run then overflowed twice. Maintenance was unavailable so i had to shut water off and clean up with extra towels. Also had to leave groceries behind i had bought to cook, because oven never heated up and i could not take the food with me.

I had to wait 3 hours to check in because of booking.com.In order to get check in I had to pay the difference of wat booking.com didn't pay. And because of that, I didn't enjoy or get my full time of leisure

Smelled like garbage, fire smell from previous fire, loud, not clean, parking lot full of garbage, and overall unpleasant smells/ appearance
