MainStay Suites Middleburg Heights Cleveland Airport

It was nice hotel I loved the rooms. I thought it was a perfect stay

How expensive they are. I do feel like Sonesta Suites rooms are a lot more roomier/bigger and they have a way cheaper rate when booking thru Priceline/booking.com.

The location was perfect. Close to the places I needed to go locally, as well as to the highway and airport.

The shower head did not have a place to hang. I had to use the bar that was there and prop it on that. The carpet could have been shampooed.

Nothing at all.

Arrived to the power being out at the hotel. Asked for local suggestions where we could rebook as we are from out of state. Front desk staff was rude and dismissive - will never book here again.

I stay at your Middleburg Hts facility from 03/14/2026 to 03/16/2026. At this time I am asking and actually demanding a partial refund, I booked your hotel as there was a power outage in my city, you only had this room and it was non refundable, I would like to tell you, that no one could have possibly cleaned that room, I did my own cleaning as there were no rooms available due to the power outage, and here is a list of things that were absolutely disgusting!! I stay in Room 218, and there is NO denying the filth in that room: Pubic hair all over in the tub What looked like and smelled like feces rubbed on the wall, food wrappers on the floor behind dresser and still someone else TRASH in the cans and LAST BUT NOT LEAST DOG FECES under the bed, how disgusting to put a human in that room, I did not have to energy to move rooms, there were none, I have Lupus, and disabled, my husband and two kids, we were exhausted and I need the manager and company to refund me, if not all of it, we had to clean someone elses feces, private hairs, trash and I did NOT clean the dog crap, how can you let this happen, I need to be fully refunded, there was no where else for us to go, especially me being disabled! mortified at the filth!!!!
