I like the area.

I don't like how cold our room was will not return

Comfortable Like that they have Dove products

Other guests very noisy, running through halls, yelling after midnight.

Very poor customer service. No one at the front desk for 20+ mins. Shuttle pickup erratic and uncoordinated. Price per night too high for the condition of the facility. Homeless problem on and around the property. Front desk staff grumpy or MIA.

Rooms were comfortable and pillows were good

Our Wifi, which I needed did not work, rooms were sparsely stocked, they were understaffed at the front for number of guests checking in. Make sure you arrive well before breakfast ends at 9:00… I found that time early.

Location was convenient.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel did not meet basic expectations. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival — the sheets appeared dirty, surfaces were dusty, and there was a persistent odor throughout the room. The most disappointing part of my experience occurred at 11:30 PM, when I was woken up by the evening front desk staff and asked to come down to place a card on file for incidentals. My payment information was already on file in their system. I explained that I had an early flight in four hours and asked if this could be resolved without disturbing my rest further, but the staff member insisted I come to the desk in person. The interaction lacked the courtesy and flexibility I would expect from a hotel of this brand. Overall, the cleanliness issues combined with the poor guest service made for a frustrating stay. I would not recommend this property and do not plan to return.

Hotel is very dirty and rundown. Sheets had stains no soap in the bathroom didn’t look like it had been cleaned checked for bedbugs. Only reason we stayed was it was very late and didn’t find any bedbugs.

This hotel is not as depicted in the photos. We were a late arrival after 1 am flight. While the price was good for Anchorage, I will pay more for a better hotel based on this experience. They put us below the ground floor, parking lot behind the bldg had vehicles with trash bags over the windows... homeless or abandoned?the outer doors did not lock, the carpet was very worn, the lights were very dim, the room smelled of gas, turning up the heater seemed unsafe because of the odor. from the pictures i it looked like a ok hotel. NOT SO! We left 130 am same night went to the Millennial hotel down the street and we were not the only ones that same night to stay someplace else.
