Not very clean. NO water to shower after being assured it would get sorted !!? No coffee in rooms nothing seemed to be in stock

Room was in a location with an abundance of homeless people roaming around asking for handouts. The bed linens had blood stains on them. The shower curtain was stained with mold. The shower soap despeser was empty. Bathroom sink drained very slow. we received no room service in our 3 night stay. They were out of coffee other than decalf. The minifridge was very loud and froze the soda that we put on the bottom shelf.

Location to airport and on time shuttle service.

Had a non smoking room that someone had obviously smoked in prior to my stay. Windows had moisture build up overnights and the mold forming from that not cleaned. Bathroom tub leaking water pretty bad which ads to extra moisture in room.

Having breakfast options is nice. One less thing to worry about. They usually have eggs, sausage, nice home fries. Couple cereals, a juice machine, pancake maker, couple different bagels, white, wheat and sourdough bread with a toaster nearby. Yogurt and or fruit cups most days. So you can start your day without having to stop somewhere else to fuel up first. Pool, gym, coin op laundry all helpful when traveling. The beds are comfy, pillows too.

The neighborhood is rife with transient folk. Often loud arguments can be heard in and out of the building by drunk or tooled up people. Go out and have a smoke, you might have a handful of people come ask for a smoke. Gets tedious. But if you travel and don't expect that from one of the cheaper options on the market that's on you. The showers are hit and miss.. I've stayed 4 times, every shower was different, only one worked well. The others were... meh.

The breakfast was delicious

I just think the property needs to be remodeled a bit

When we call and ask if there pool worked, they said yes.what they forgot to say it's not heated it was colder than lake Michigan, my kid could swim for 2 to 3 min and had to use the hot shower to warm up, what a long two day this is going to be, cold lips in 3 min
