It would be great to have apples available at breakfast, the food was good otherwise!

They said they had no room for us because the cleaner did not show up. She cannot give us a refund because shebis just a worker

Did not notify us ahead of time. Coming from a red eye flight, tired and desperate at 2am. No other explanation, no other remedy available

Dodgy area, police came and evicted a room. Pool was closed, pancake machine was not working. Lots of bags of rubbish outside rooms.

I cant say anything good about my stay

The hotel was dirty. We were willing to stay and deal with it but turned down the bed to go to sleep and the bed sheets had dirt, bodily fluids and grass in the sheets. They moved us to another room and my shoes stuck to the bathroom floor and there was some sort of fluid all over the mirrors that dripped down the wall to the floors. It was absolutely terrible.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The bed sheets were dirty when we arrived, and the entire room was filthy. It clearly had not been cleaned properly before guests checked in. To make matters worse, there were homeless individuals inside the hotel, which made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. For the price we paid, this level of cleanliness and security is completely unacceptable.

The rooms were not clean. There were visible make up stains on the pillow cases as well as long black hairs on the pillows. There was also visible stains on the comforter. There was a condom wrapper on the floor.

Location and pick up from the airport

I was assigned two rooms. The first room had no heat and had an electric heater on the floor. The hallways were dark. The second room, the sheets were not clean.
