Red Roof Inn North Little Rock

This property has false advertising. I booked this place because it stated outdoor pool and rooms recently renovated. The pool was empty, the walls had holes in them, the bed linen had holes in them from cigarette burns, there was sacks of leaking garbage in the hallway that smelled so bad, the outside appearance looked awful, the exterior air conditioners were busted and broke, and we were so scared our vehicle was not safe in the parking lot. On a 1 to 5 scale, I would rate it a -4. I will never stay there again!!!!

Very bad choice!!!

One of the worst nights in a hotel ever. Kingsize bed , with two small pillows like you get on an airplane. Cigarette wholes all over the carpet, and the noise was horrible. Ended up taking a shower and leaving very early . I didn't get any rest or sleep. Not so good being a long haul truck driver.

For the price of the room, the quality was to be expected. VERY strong odor in the lobby and hallways but didn’t notice it in the room. Staff was nice & helpful. There was a full on party going on in the room next to us, LOUD bass and everything. We had to call the office a few times throughout the night to get them to address it. For a last minute emergency stay, this was fine.

Excellent & helpful staff at reception; however, hard to find; extremely dirty; no lock on door; building deteriorating; no breakfast; questionable people around the property, etc. Building needs to be completely renovated, cleaned, etc., starting with the entrance

The whole property smelled very strongly of weed. The nonsmoking room had very much been smoked in prior, having cigarette burns in the sheets. The carpet was rather dirty in the second room provided as the first room, had no working outlets or lighting. The hotel staffs friends harassed me multiple times of me going outside during the night to my vehicle telling me that I had to leave even though I paid to stay there. 0 stars if possible… do not recommend.

I like everything about the service

First off the hotel location was not in a very safe place there was unpleasant females that look like prostitutes that was approaching my vehicle as I pulled in there was too many dogs in the hotel which I knew was pet friendly they were barking constantly upon inspecting my room there was a big urine spot from a dog on the bed skirt there was no batteries in the remote to the TV TV was not working someone had took the cable connecting to the dish satellite she had to come in the room and after two tries she finally got it right she bought batteries to go into the remote the cover to the remote would not stay on it had a very bad smell in the room I went home and got a can of Lysol and sprayed everything literally I will never stay at this hotel again I do not recommend this hotel.

Traveling cross country Checked in at 9 pm was gone by 7 am. Hot shower, king sized bed, I was asleep in minutes. Inexpensive and clean. Right off the highway
