Red Roof Inn North Little Rock

I've stayed at a lot of different Red Roof Inns because of their pet policy. Some are good, and some are in need of some TLC. This place, on the other hand, is something different. This place did not feel safe. There were numerous shifty characters loitering around the lobby and outside. It felt more like a rehab treatment center than a hotel. The characters there seemed to know each other and might be residents. It's cool if they were but it makes the customers feel a bit uneasy having to make their way through all the cigarette and marijuana smoke in the building and the foul language. There were a couple gentlemen circling the parking lot on bicycles almost like they were eyeing customer vehicles. Our possessions along with ourselves made it through the night safely and it was mostly quiet. Exiting through the lobby in the morning was of course more nauseating smells with the front desk receptionist burning some pretty powerful incense it almost made the air feel suffocating plus a homeless looking man passed out in one of the chairs. Unless you're looking for a truly interesting experience and not in a good way, I'd pass on staying here.

It was filthy.

I liked that the property was near the freeway. I didn’t not like the false advertisement there was no free breakfast. And I didn’t not like that the local guess hung out in the lobby or in the front of the hotel.

Clean rooms Nice staff. Truck parking.

Everything smelt like smoke. It was in the very back of a dead end of a road. A lot of homeless people, Truckers and rift raft.

That place is ran down. Nothing works. No tv remote

This property is disappointing and not cared for. The whole hotel(lobby,hallway,rooms) smelt bad. It was a heavy smoke smell covered up by chemical cleaners. Stairs, furniture and appliances didn't look well kept. People were loitering outside as well as smoking within 10 feet of door. We had small children with us and this is not an appropriate property for them to be at.

Trashy. People hanging out in reception area continously scream and argueing and not being told to go elsewhere. Cigarette burns in bedspreads in a non smoking room. No breakfast of anykind. No sugar for coffee only splenda. Whole area was trashy.

Terrible. Lost money on the room. There was urine in the floor when we walked in the place. The entire building had a terrible smell. The carpet was soiled very badly.
