We booked this hotel and then one of our party came down with COVID. I asked to move our dates or give us a credit, there was absolutely no response from the hotel. To say the least, we are very disappointed in the Truckee Donner lodge.

Location, and the Breakfast.

First and second interaction with the staff was not great. Lady who checked us in and the man at the front counter the next morning lacked customer service skills. The third and fourth, the lady who checked us out and the lady who was running the breakfast area were great.
