Quality Inn Litchfield Route 66

I think that the room was nice and clean. The staff was absolutely friendly and helpful

That it's on Route 66. Which this location cannot help. But they should talk to the local police to discourage people from drag racing in front of the hotel

The blonde lady at front desk was not even close to friendly. She had an attitude and acted like I was bothering her when I arrived and she was folding laundry. When I ask her for a recommendation for a place close by to eat she has a such a bad attitude. She made a face at me and rolled her eyes.

Room smelt funny

Staff was super kind.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Felt like a very cheap mattress. The room was a bit outdated and had some cracks in the walls.

As always the place was presentable. Staff came once we picked the receiver of the phone up.

The internet port did not work in the room. The coffee maker was also broke. Filled it with water put the little coffee pad in, turned machine on and it spewed water all over the table. In the AM after 9am no one was at the desk to get assistance.
