I loved the spa bathtub. The king size bed was wonderful!! Very comfortable.

Little light in the room. Difficult to see when preparing the coffee as there was no light by the sink and coffee maker.

There was not much to like about this hotel. The front desk staff were nice.

Room was extremely musty smelling. There was a giant wolf spider in the room when we first walked in. The air conditioning wasn't on when we got there and it was very hot outside making the room pretty hot. The cleaning staff were rude. Between different family members, we had 3 different rooms right next to each other on one end of the hall. By Saturday morning, 2 of us had been there 2 nights and the other room 1 night. The cleaning crew was all the way at the complete opposite end of the hall cleaning when one of the workers came all the way down our end of the hall gathering dirty towels from each room as they went. This was like 9:00 a.m. Around noon, they never made their way back down to our side of the hall to even give us clean towels. When cleaning staff were asked for new towels so we could get ready for the event we were going to, we were rudely told they didn't have towels for us. They finally gave in and gave us some using their dirtied gloved hands. We were all very confused why they were even coming to take towels and then never even cleaned a room on our hallway side of the building. None of us were even checking out until the next day. The breakfast selection was mediocre. Three mornings in a row it was all the same. Breakfast selections included your choice of three different cereals, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, make your own waffles and toast, sausage biscuits and gravy, and a few select fruits. There was milk, coffee, apple juice, orange juice, or water to drink. My biggest complaint is the awful musty smell in the rooms. I could not get used to that.

The room smelled like stinky socks and the shower was slippery. I almost fell. When checking out the clerk at the front was not friendly and didnt seem to want to help me when i asked several questions about pricing. All the other people that i have interacted with before are super friendly and super helpful. This was a first. It was around 11 when i checked out. I was asking about pricing and she told me a ridiculous amount. I said well i get it online for less than that. She said thats not right. Im sorry i get a deal online. Just wow! She didnt even move to check if there were rooms available for the day in question nor did she offer any discounts or tell me about any. I work for walmart and i have aaa. I really dont want to deal with her again. I'll see what deals i can find for next time. I come here about once a week for 2 days. I can take my business elsewhere if they'd like.

Check in was a breeze. Personable clerk at the front desk. Room and common areas were clean. Building is a bit dated but appears room may have been refurbished recently. Bed was very firm. Too firm for most I would suspect. Pillows and comforter both comfortable. Parking easy and well lit.
