Our room was highly fragrant like it was masking something......the room felt damp and the carpet felt wet. Just wasn't a pleasant stay. The door handle was slightly damage.

The terrible older lady that works the breakfast buffet was so completely rude and at 930 am, she had vcomoletely put away most of the food and sighed when we came down

"Nice but worn."

Hotel is nice, but it needs updating. The room and bathroom were a nice size. The bed was lumpy. There are no USB ports in the bedroom, and the electrical outlets were worn and didn't hold plugs well.

The bottom of the tub had something in it and no matter what type of cleaner I put in there it would not go away and the pool smells like sewer it smells horrible you didn't smell any chlorine it was disgusting. I will never go there again and they need to do better. The customer service at the desk was great

Woman at front desk was wonderful. Very helpful very professional. The property itself is run down and the rooms should be updated The fan in the bathroom was completely loud and obnoxious..
