TV didn’t have irk, no shampoo( 2 conditioners)coffee machine but no cups,

The woman working the front desk for the evening/night shift was very nice.

We arrived at 1:45 p.m., asking about early check-in. The gentleman at the counter said the room was not yet ready and to come back in an hour. We went down the road to the shopping center for a while and came back at 4:30 pm. We were checked in, given room 238. We headed upstairs, and the door for 238 was open, dirty bedding still on the beds, dirty towels in the floor with garbage in the room. The room had not been cleaned yet. There was another visitor in the hall with the same situation. She said the carpeting in her room was also wet. I went to the desk informing the girl who checked us in. She gave us keys to room 237 and said, "That one should be all set because no one was in there last night." We got into the room fine. It looked as though it had been quickly cleaned, and the linens were old. The sheets were stained, there were pubic hairs in the bathtub, and stains on the coverlet. We were down to take our daughter to a concert in the area. There was no availability in the area at other hotels, or we would have left. We returned to the room at 10 pm, and our key card did not work. The girl at the desk had to let us in with her master key card. We slept on top of the bedding using blankets we had in the car. My husband was going to take a shower in the morning, but the towels were stained and so ragged you could see through them. I had kept my socks on the whole time in the room, as did my daughter. When getting dressed and changing socks, the bottom of our socks were filthy from the dirty carpet. We dressed, packed up, and left. They offered breakfast, but we did not eat there. If they can not clean a hotel room properly, how can we trust the cleanliness of their kitchen or the hygiene of those preparing the food for breakfast? The room was not cheap. I paid approximately $350 for a one night stay in a filthy room and could not check in on time due to rooms not being ready at the 3pm check-in.

The staff was very accommodating

Room smelled like smoke and gnats coming out of the sink drain over the course of three days. Staff was very friendly.
